The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), in partnership with the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute (UGPTI) at NDSU, was seeking applications for the Township Assistance Program. Revised 10-6-23

The new Flex-Fund Grant Program has a new requirement. To qualify for the grants townships will now be required to levy a minimum of 18 mills on property. Revised 9-1-23

The 68th Session of the North Dakota Legislature was completed a few months ago and now all the bills have passed the Governor’s review and have been signed. This session was quite a success for townships and transportation in general.

Township officers are invited to the North Dakota State Capitol to sit through hearings, meet with legislators and officials and participate in the legislative process!
