ND Association of Counties Executive Director Aaron Birst graciously invited NDTOA to attend the County Association annual conference. Taking him up on his offer District Directors Tom Wheeler, Gerald Miller, Tim Geinert as well as Executive Director Larry Syverson attended the conference.
